    2010年至今       清华大学医学院干细胞与再生医学中心,研究员,副教授, 博士生导师。

研究领域与方向

主要研究兴趣为多能干细胞心血管组织分化与再生医学,哺乳动物早期胚胎发育调控。

1、心血管疾病是危害人类健康的首要疾病,我们研究人类多能干细胞向心肌、血管内皮细胞、免疫细胞分化的调控机制,及这些细胞在促进血管重建、治疗组织缺血等心血管疾病中的转化应用。

2、应用干细胞体外培养制作类器官和类胚胎模型,研究哺乳动物早期胚胎发育和人类疾病。

3、干细胞和组织工程的学科交叉研究,我们用干细胞分化的心肌、血管和血液干细胞,结合组织工程、3D生物打印、微流控芯片等技术,构建微组织和类器官,进行高通量组学研究和药物筛选。
