研究领域与方向

Nutrient and metabolism are fundamental for life. All physiological and pathological processes are inherently associated with metabolic changes. Understating how nutrient and metabolism dictate cellular behavior is the key to decipher secrets of life and disease.  With interdisciplinary approaches including mouse genetics, cell biology, molecular biology and biochemistry, we currently work on the following topics:
1.Mechanisms of metabolic regulation of T cell differentiation
2.Roles of nutrient and metabolism in autoimmune diseases
3.Metabolic cross-talk between immune cells and their client cells
4.Mechanism of nutrient sensing and mTORC1 signaling
