研究领域与方向

本实验室(肿瘤表观遗传学实验室)主要是利用表观基因组学和化学遗传学等手段,来探讨癌症发生、发展和转移过程中,所发生的转录编程及重编程的分子机制,并利用新型药物筛选技进行肿瘤干预研究。目前本课题组主要有如下研究方向:

(1)肿瘤细胞转录重编程(Transcriptional Reprogramming)分子机制;

(2)非编码RNA在肿瘤发生和发展中的功能与机理;

(3)新型抗肿瘤药物的发现及机理研究;
