研究领域与方向

肠道黏膜免疫系统不仅是机体抵御肠道病原体感染的第一道防线,还时刻维持着机体与外环境之间 的稳态。肠道稳态失衡不仅增加肠道感染、炎症性肠病、食物过敏、肠道肿瘤等肠道疾病发生的风 险,还与其他多种全身性和肠外疾病密切相关。3 型天然淋巴样细胞(ILC3s)是新发现的富集于 肠道黏膜的一群天然免疫细胞,数量虽少,但在调控肠道淋巴组织发育、维持肠道稳态方面发挥着 重要作用。主要研究方向是天然淋巴样细胞的发育和功能机制,肠道黏膜部位天然淋巴样细胞与其 他免疫细胞、食物、正常菌群以及病原菌之间的复杂的相互作用关系及其具体分子机制,并进一步 分析这些相互作用机制在肠道黏膜免疫系统发育、黏膜疫苗、感染、炎症性肠病、肠道肿瘤、食物 过敏、肥胖等各种生理与病理模型中发挥的作用
